At PGfy, we believe in giving you control over your personal data. As a PG owner or tenant, you have the right to request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account.

Data Management Options

You can request to have specific data deleted from our systems while maintaining your PGfy account. This includes:

Specific property listings (for PG owners)
Payment history
Communications history
Uploaded documents
Personal information

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to help@pgfy.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number
- Account type (PG Owner or Tenant)
- Specific data you want deleted
- Reason for data deletion (required)
Our team will review your request within 24 hours
After verification, we will delete the specified data
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you specify exactly which data you want deleted. We require a valid reason for data deletion to prevent accidental or fraudulent requests.

Timeline

After receiving your request with a valid reason, we will process it within 24 hours. If we need additional information to verify your identity or clarify your request, we may contact you.
